HP Spectre Screen repair required

Hi, I'm after any guidance on getting a screen repair on my 2 year old Laptop (4k Touchscreen), stupidly I grabbed the top of the screen to move it away from a spilled glass of water and the pressure of my thumb fractured the glass, still working but very unsightly.

I'd like to know if HP are available to fix this and obviously, at what cost / time frame before getting in touch with my home insurance.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
