Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ap012dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Touch screen stopped working after a few minute after system boot

 

Reboot the system recovers the touch screen function for only a few minutes, and it stopped responding again

 

"disable the touch screen in device manager and enable it again" would get the touch screen function back for a few minutes, and it stopped responding again

 

driver is up to date

window 10 system is also up to date

uninstall and reinstall the touch screen did not fix the issue

 

Please help
