I have read quite a few posts regarding scratches on screen due to the keyboard when the laptop is closed.

 

This is from another post "It appears to result from a design flaw resulting from a lack of padding to prevent the screen rubbing against the keyboard. As you can see, some people get their screen replaced while others don't. " 

 

Is this issue covered under the extended product care warranty. 

 

Please let us know.
