Hi Everyone,
I am using HP Spectre x360 Laptop 15-eb0043dx model laptop. Recently I observed my screen has display issue like vertical lines. I am able to see this issue on the windows startup and only on the black screen. If the display image is white solid color, then it's not visible. Touch is working perfectly.
I tried doing all windows update to see whether it is because of driver update issue. Even after update the issue still exist.
Did anyone had the similar issue and how you have resolved this issue.
please help on this. I have attached the screenshot for the reference.

Hello @RK-US2019
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.
In many cases, the display connector behind the internal notebook screen no longer sits 100% and leads to such errors.
(1) Please check if you have same error on external monitor connected via vga/hdmi ?
--- Solution A)
If picture on external monitor is OK, it is most likely due to <internal display cable> or the <screen matrix> is defective => Service required !
--- Solution B)
The picture on external monitor is also faulty.
=> GPU (graphics processing unit) = graphic card/chip defective !
=> Service required ( or buy a new notebook because the cost of repair is probably too high ! )
I guess it is solution A
(2) Service
HP warranty valid
-> Contact HP Support
HP warranty expired ->
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
(3) DIY (Do it yourself)
