Hi,
I believe my issue is because i have a 4k, or almost 4k, resolution screen and a lot of the content is not developed in 4k? i was wondering if there was a fix to this, or even if i can downscale my resolution so my laptop does not display the content so small that i can not see it.

Hi,
I own also a HP SPectre x360 Convertible. The solution that works not only for Adobe Photoshop but for many other applications, thanks to Dan Antonielli
search for:
"Adobe App Scaling on High DPI Displays (FIX)"
When you happen to use Photoshop CS2 first rename the phooshop exe file to PhotoshopCS2.exe. The manifest file gets the name: PhotoshopCS2.exe.manifest

I have a customer that had the same problem when I downloaded and installed MP3 Rocket Pro. He has the Spectre with the 4K resolution.
I changed the resolution to 1920 x 1080 and the size of text, apps, and other items to 125%. I also tried 150% on size of text, apps, and other items. That worked also. I can now bring up the program so you can read it.
The only it does to some of your other programs that work is you have to close them out by going to the File Menu and close. You cannot see the X which is the way I usually close down a programs.
I have also emailed MP3 Rocket Pro software company to see if they have a suggestion. But at least it works.

I had the same exact problem on my new Spectre X-360 4K screen. I tried all the settings I could find in the control panel with no luck. I finally noticed there was a setting in Google Chrome that had to do with font size and it was set at 25%. Since my problem was the font was too small, changing that got everything fixed. I don't recall how the Google Chrome setting got changed: if I did it, I have no memory of doing so.
my only remaining problem is that the 4K HDR screen on the Spectre is so gorgeous I now need to upgrade my ceiling projector in my home theater to 4K! I've been spoiled . . .

@LOUCOLA
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Could please share the picture of the applications?
- What is the operating system?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04648748 Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10) ( refer to Common navigation gestures )
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
