HP Spectre x360 Touch screen drag and drop diags failure help

Hi I ran the HP Diags touch screen drag and drop test after reboot (Press esc the F2), as when i move around using the touch screen it was choppy, and not allowing me to zoom in using the touch screen. The diags gave me this:

Ⓒ Touch Drag And Drop Test: FAILED
PRODUCT ID: 1H9M0OUA#ABA
FAILURE ID: 0TU381-APWC3L-MFPV5F-G37Q03

What does this mean and How do I fix it?

I ran and confirmed all windows updates are done, I ran the HP Support assistant and all updated are done there as well. I confirmed the BIOS is the lates version. I went into tablet pc settings and ran the calibration there (it did not help)
