Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop (HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 14ef0xxx) bought in 2023 has a very low brightness level even at it's maximum brightness level. The brightness slider to adjust the screen brightness on Windows 11 64 bit is functioning fine. I did try to update my bios through HP support few days ago and ran diagnostics but the problem still persists. 

 

I did try to update display drivers but it shows that it is updated to its latest version. 

I usually use my work laptop but sometimes when I use my HP Spectre it is very uncomfortable to use since the brightness is low making it uncomfortable to read. Checked every setting possible like power consumption in settings which usually dims the display even that does not help. Is it because this laptop is touch screen and it is designed this way?
