HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y837AV)

I have HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y837AV). I installed windows 11 pro (it didn't work on the home edition either), landscape/portrait works fine, but when I switch it to tablet mode, it becomes a black screen, and I hear a sound that it works normally and I can't remove the black screen. Reinstallation is out of the question because I have installed and configured everything I need for development.

I see that you are facing black screen issues with your HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y837AV) when it is switched to tablet mode.

 

Please run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
1. Download the current version from this Weblink
2. Click on Updates and Messages to scan for new updates.
3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
You may also refer to the HP document to download and use HP Support Assistant by visiting this Weblink.

hi, i have that version of HP assistant, i install all drivers and get drivers from intel.... then i find solution on

This is exactly what is happening to me too. I've tried updating drivers, going in to regedit to check tablet mode is functional etc. 

The closing the lid and not going to sleep is an issues too as my laptop is overheating in the case as I'm unaware it is still on.
