HP Stream 11 screen flickers when being pulled up and down.

Hey. So, whenever I pull my screen up or down to reagust it, its flickers and most of the time just shows a black screen. This has been annoying me for days now. It just randomly started. There are a few possitions that work, but its uncomfortable. I dont think its a software issue. My question is A. Can I fix this by myself? B. If not, how much will a repair cost?
