Though i had already Reset my device twice but i did it again as you told me to, but still it didn't troubleshoot anything...

Anything else i can try?

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

What type of answer is that? just few replies back, we found out that my hardware is just fine and now you are telling me that my hardware failed?? 

If you can't figure out problem, Just say Sorry, I don't know the solution.. Simple as that..

I understand. Though the hardware seems to be fine, it is not working as expected.

 

We have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps that should have resolved the issue, but it did not help.

And hence, your computer needs to be serviced.
