HP Envy 13 AQ1064TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help...

We just received our new HP Envy 13 - aq1064TU and HP Tilt Pen 2MY21AA#UUF.

Before buying the pen I checked the compatibility list and it includes this laptop model (this is why I bought the pen!)

I can pair the pen.

I can connect the pen.

I can use the pen in presentation mode.

But in Pen mode I have nothing - I have tried with multiple programs (one note, sticky notes, the whiteboard on windows ink, powerpoint etc0 - and nothing.  It  just does not respond at all.

I have spent the last couple of hours trying to get information from the web - but there is nothing I can find to help.

I have checked windows update - all is up to date (as you would expect for a brand new computer)

I have even tried downloading the HP Pen Control App - but it says it is not compatible with the laptop so I have uninstalled.

Please help I am completely stuck!!
