Spectre X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my brand new HP Spectre X360 my HP Tilt Pen is connected (showing on bluetooth Action Centre icon) and the click button at the end of it works correctly to open the apps that I have set in Pen Settings. The problem is that the pen does not write or draw in any app when the handwriting panel is displayed (I tried in Windows Ink Workspace, MS Outlook, MS Word) . The pen battery is fully charged.  How can I get it to write?
