I have an HP Spectre x360 15" 2020 model (eb0001na) which came with an HP Tilt Pen.
However, when I try to use the pen in any drawing app, it is only drawing dashed lines. The pen is continuously touching the surface of the screen.
It appears it may be rapidly disconnecting? Is there any troubleshooting techniques for these pens? The pen is fully charged and the tip is hard in place.
I believe it may be defective, but am trying to solve the issue if I can first.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP pen is not working correctly.
