I'm trying to log a support ticket for my HP tilt pen but I couldn't find any information about the pen also i bought it 2 years before and not have the packaging. Is there a way to find the pen serial number or is it associated to my connected spectre notebook? I purchased the extended support for my hardware direct from HP.

Welcome to HP support community.

What issue are you facing with the tilt pen?

Meanwhile:

I did some research and here's what I found:

Your  notebook support the HP Tilt Pen, but may not offer all the features.

You can refer this HP document for more assistance:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

Problem is, its not working at all. it was working till last month. I went out for business trip and back last week. when I tried it didn't work at all... changed batteries and other steps mentioned in the support portal but no luck.

The only two stylus supported by your device are:
HP Pen (Microsoft) MR94AA  SPS: 920241-001 (Dark Ash Silver) / 910942-001 (Natural Silver)
HP Tilt Pen (Microsoft) 2MY21AA HP SPS: 929863-001 (Dark Ash Silver) / 929863-002 (Natural Silver)

If the issue persists, try the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

I hope that helps.
