Product: HP U27 4K Wireless Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My brand new HP27 wireless monitor will not connect to my laptop. I have a brand new HP Spectre laptop running on fully updated Windows 11. I've gotten as far as bluetooth pairing in progress, but the monitor is black (the power light is on) and it won't give me a pin. Any suggestions? I've already installed QuickPair, updated drivers, etc. The user manual is useless. I'm about to throw the monitor through the window and never buy another HP product.

Note: Make sure the Spectre PC is up to date on Windows Updates and BIOS updates.
