Product: HP USB-C Dock G5

Hello Everyone,

 

Purchased a HP Pro Book 445 G10 P/N: 70Z74AV & HP USB-C Dock G5 P/N: 5TW10AA#ABG. HDMI port does not display to external monitor but does display when connected to laptop. 

I was told that these will be compatible and was sold on the idea of one cable connection/docking.  I updated drivers and firmware, but still not reward. 

Also, the HP Support Assistant App does not recognise the serial number or part number of the dock to get help from there? Any ideas?
