HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (33D92AV)

Hi I have a new HP Zbook Power G8 Work station. I recently purchase the USB-C G5 docking station. I am working off 2 dell P2722HE monitors.

I can get both monitors to work using the USBC port and HDMI port. However this limits my ability to use the docking station. I have been attempting to connect both Monitors throught the DP port. 1 monitor will connect and extend the screen to this monitor with out any issues. The second screen is not detected at all. I have attempted to update driver etc and still no signal been detected.

Can you please help.

@ffej4

I know the dock is compatible with HP Zbook Power G7 machines. From its manual (page 6), says NOTE:Your computer might also support a Thunderbolt docking station

Regards.

Why is one of the DP port not working is there a solution or is this a faulty docking station or screen.
