Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got a new HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC and bought a HP USB-C Dock G5 so I can connect my second monitor to it through DP cable.

Network, power, keyboard, mouse all connect fine on the docking but the monitor using DP cable does not work.

Already tried new DP cable, same issue

When trying to upgrade firmware of the docking it says no device connected so think issue is with the docking.

Docking is viewable in Device Manager

Any suggestions?
