Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!

I've been running my laptop through my HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 for several months. Yesterday, the monitors stopped being detected. I assumed the dock was defect, so I ordered a HP USB-C Dock G5 instead. However, also the new dock does not detect my monitors. It is a business laptop, so I was not expecting any issues. Below the specs of the laptop:

Device name FFBRU-L36NMZ
Full device name FFBRU-L36NMZ.ffwuk.local
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1335U 1.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
Device ID 653D1DDB-8C5E-4A6B-B6BC-262644161C01
Product ID 00329-00000-00003-AA084
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

If I plug the monitor in to my laptop direct it works so isolated the problem to the docking station. What should I do?

Device name FFBRU-L36NMZ is NOT a model/product. What is your machine ?  Please use the following way to find out:
