Hello,
I have a HP pavilion 15-cs3041nb Notebook, I'm trying to connect my HP USB C Minidock HSA Q001PR to it, but unfortunately, the HDMI and VGA is not being output. My external monitor does not receive any signal.
The docking is brand new and I've tried it with different monitors.
I do receive Internet and the USB ports also work.
All my drivers etc are up to date, so I'm wondering, is it even compatible or am I missing something?
Thank you in advance.

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c06644679
It ONLY has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charger your machine
- Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
Regards.
