Title pretty much says it all. HP Elitebook 645 G9 with a G5 dock. The dock has one HDMI and 2 Displayport sockets. I have 2 HP ZR2440w monitors that are necessary for the programs I run, yet plugging them into the dock, and the dock's USB-C plugged into the laptop does not return a signal to the monitors. My keyboard and Mouse are plugged in to the dock, so I know the dock is talking to the laptop and if i plug one of the monitors directly into the laptop it works, so I know the monitors work.
I have tried using Display Port cables, HDMI cables and even an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter, nothing running from a monitor to the laptop through the dock is working.
Is there a workaround or patch for this?

The specs of your machine
It has 1 USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4) port which is NOT fully compatible with HP USB-C G5 dock but they should work for 2 FHD monitors (I tested that for 3 FHD monitors) with a similar port of my HP Envy machine. The dock is fully compatible with My Elitebook 840 G5 (I'm using them right now).
Please try firmware from
