Hi

I had to buy a new Dock to run my monitors through and bought the HP USB-C G5.

My HP 15s eq-3xxx will not pick it up via the USB-C.an anyone give me a solution to this?

it’s running Windows 11 and I have updated every driver and the BIOS.
