Hi - We have several HP Victus Devices. Windows 11. We have been using 2 external monitors with them without any issues. One through HDMI and one through USB C with an HDMI/USBc Adapter. A couple of them stopped displaying the 2nd external monitor. One in June, One in November and one in December. When you plug them in, windows makes the chime that it recognizes it but there are no indications of the 2nd external display in any of the settings. This was working and is still working on several devices but a couple it just stopped. Bios version is F21 (some working ones have the same version) and 22h2 is installed on some of them, 21h1 on another. Can't find any commonality. Thoughts?
We've done the preliminary troubleshooting including updating the Nvidia drivers, intel drivers, all windows updates are current, monitor works fine on HDMI, we tried swapping monitors using the HDMI/USBc adapter and same issue just with the other monitor (which all work using HDMI only). It's perplexing since we have some working fine, and ALL were working but they're slowly not working now at various intervals.

No - I'm saying we have another victus now not displaying the 2nd external monitor. We've rebuilt them, reset Bios/Cmos (which fixed one but none of the others). We're are REALLY at a loss here. Tried getting HP Support involved - still an issue. Have about 5 or so that we're aware of still having this issue.
Same device, same build. Identical machines. Reinstalled and updated every driver possibly related.
