Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008na

My webcam is not loading or working when I open up apps that need to use it. In Device manager the camera is listed as being uo to date. I have tried to update the drivers but the computer says they are up to date. In my setting it syays the camera is working normally and has access to everyting. The Camera app throws an active camera unplugged error message.
