HP Recommended
Z27q / Z27u

Have recently purchased 20x HP Z27q G3 and 20 x Z27u G3 Monitors

Currently connected to various laptops / desktops via usb-c, hdmi or DP and all exhibiting the same issue

When the screens go to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity (windows setting) they do not come back to life. Only a hard reset brings them back online.

We have 400 other HP monitors on site, various E243 / E24 / Z27 models none of which exhibit this behaviour

I have looked at the osd settings and nothing i have changed is making any difference

Am i missing something? theyre frustrating at the moment and i am wasting a lot of time
