System only uses the onboard Intel UHD Graphics and will not use the Nvidia T1200 GPU at all for any application.

I have tried all of the display settings in Windows and the Intel and Nvidia control panels.  It doesn't matter if I am only using the laptop display or when connected to the HP Thunderbolt docking station and dual 4k displays.

I have updated all of the hardware drivers and BIOS for the system as well as the Nvidia GPU to the latest versions as of today.
