Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just purchased a new laptop, previous one was working just fine with my monitors and docking station. Now I can only get the USB ports to work and the HDMI and others are not being recognized by my new laptop. tried simple restarts, checked connections, etc. .

What is your new computer and what is your dock ? They may NOT be compatible at all.
