I was using windows 10 older version and touch screen was working nice. after reseting(formatting OS and reinstall) the laptop touch screen stopped working. I tried below things but still it's not working:
-Uninstalled and Installed HID touch screen driver
-Updated all drivers
-Reset PC again in the same OS (Win 10)
-Upgrade OS to Win 11
-Tried 'Calibrate touch screen' option showing in windows 10
-When i reset the PC initially, I didn't created restore point
-Updated BIOS
-Downloaded HP support assistant and Install drivers
-Used driver booster to install latest drivers
-Performed Component test > touch screen test
-HID Compliant Touch screen driver showing 'This device is working properly' but still not working.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

You said you reformatted the drive and reinstalled Windows. I'm guessing you did NOT use HP OEM-created Windows media for this, right? IF that is the case, this was a BIG MISTAKE! Why? Because only the HP OEM media has the custom HP drivers your laptop needs. Anything you created from MS will only have the generic drivers that MS provides.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

You use the Microsoft Store to download the actual tool:

If you use a different PC to run the tool, you will have to provide your PC's product number. Here is an HP link for finding that information:

Here's a video from HP Support about using the Cloud Recovery Tool:

Sorry but I am not aware HP OEM-Created Windows Media.
The method i used to reset the PC was as below:
Settings > Reset This PC > Remove Everything > Local Reinstall (Which reinstalled Windows) > Reset
Apart from Local Reinstall option, i tried cloud reinstall option as well. but it didn't worked out for me.
This process has erased everything including personal data. Not sure how drivers reacted with the process. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that process, so I don't know what it removes and restores. The HP Cloud Recovery tool creates a USB stick with the HP OEM windows installer and the HP drivers.

Unfortunatily I am not familier about the process that you have mentioned.
But I found a simillar issue here faced by someone and he also haven't got any solution that might help you to answer.
