Product: HP ENVY - 13-ah0002nf
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Similar to other complaints, I have a HP Envy 13 from 2019 and the bottom case is opening/becoming separated from the rest of the laptop on the right side next to the charging port, always when I open my laptop. When closed, it seems that the gap is less big but still here. I did not drop or damage it.
I saw in other posts that it could be an issue of swollen batteries. Could I have confirmation that this is the cause ? I tried contacting HP with Whatsapp but always an "error code" during discussion with the chatbot....
Also is there any repair center in France, I could not find any from the HP website search tool ?
Thanks!
