HP envy lost pen: Warranty

I recently lost the rechargeable pen that came with my laptop. I payed for a 3-year warranty but I'm not quite sure if I am qualified for a replacement. The thing is I also can't seem to find the pen on the HP website. I believe it is not available for purchase in Canada which is even more concerning because I really need that pen for school.

Whether the loss of the pen is covered depends on the type and scope of the contract.

Check the Warranty status.

Contact HP Support - Use the computer's serial number to submit the case.

What about the pen?

You need not purchase the pen directly from HP.

Use the part number to find the pen at a merchant that ships to your address.
