Product: HP omen 15z-en000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So got a hp omen 15z-en000 with some glitching issues.
The laptop screen sometimes glitches completely at random. It glitches on the desktop screen but fine on another window see link. Not sure what's wrong, as yesterday it worked fine all day but issue came back. Please see link below. Also I have listed below what I've done to solve the issue.
Link- https://youtu.be/ubkvSG0JYHA (issues vanishes in a different window)
Link 2- https://youtube.com/shorts/JsI8RB8EtUk?feature=share
- I've reset the laptop completely (reinstalled windows).
- I've updated drivers, installed nvidia software and updated the bios.
- I've tested with a external monitor, no glitching.
- I've tried wiggled the screen in different positions issue didn't appear so doubt it's the cable.
- Not tired a new screen as the issue disappeared yesterday completely, also the issue isn't present on all windows as shown in link one.
Thanks for the help in advance.
