My HP rechargeable mpp2.0 tilt pen is fully charged (solid white light) but when I try to use it, it doesn't work. The last time I used it was 3 months ago and the location is registered in my computer, but now is not working. I read about uninstall something, but don't know what the hardware of the pen is or what should I do.
Also, my warranty just expired.
Appreciate the help
