This is the problem that I met. Far from now, I did not get any useful way to solve this problem. I tried to update the Windows 10, to change the stylus, and to reinstall the drivers. All of these methods do not work. I found the same problem in the community and it happened in early 2018. I just wanna take some note but I can't if this problem still exists. Thank you

Ensure the stylus in use is compatible with the product: Click here to verify.
If it's compatible and yet the issue persists, please try the below steps:
If the pen does not write consistently while your fist or palm is touching the screen, make sure the pen tip is 5mm or farther from the point where your hand is contacting the screen.
