Hey,

I have a problem with my HP laptop and wanted some help.

A while ago, I noticed that my touchscreen wasn't working. I tried the usual things like restarting, but that didn't seem to work. So I searched online and saw recommendations to reinstall the touchscreen driver. So I uninstalled it but found no way of reinstalling it. I then tried installing a BIOS update but that also didn't work. When it still wasn't working I factory reset my Laptop two times but still these issues persisted.

I looked on the HP website for the touchscreen driver and didn't find it. But because the touchscreen wasn't working before, I doubt that that will fix it. 

Nothing happened to my Laptop, the issue just occured overnight.

I hope someone on here will be able to help me.
