Product: HP Chromebook

I have had a terrible experience with HP. I don't want to rant but they do not seem to have the technical expertise to manufacture anything more complex than a literal potato. My 2016 HP PC broke down recently and rather than helping they tried charging me over $50 for a service that would do nothing as it could not be fixed over the phone, now recently my HP Chromebook has been having issues with the track pad, so now it is practically useless unless I carry a mouse around. There products are basically a scam you would be better off buying a laptop from temu, at least they wouldn't pretend they have actual tech support.
