Product: HP Spectre X360 15-df1004na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone seen this issue before ? My screen occasionally has these vertical stripes, they go when i re-boot but im concerned its more of an issue under the bonnet. Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom.PS the laptop was only purchased in Sept 2020 Regards Jon

Hi,

Since the PC is under warranty I would try contacting HP support directly. You can get contact options by identifying your PC in the link below

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact/laptops

 

I mean it does look like a kind of hardware problem.
