Microsoft Windows 11

Is HP going to send out an update for the integrated keyboard for Windows 11??  If not, why provide us with the links to upgrade to Windows 11 if you are not supporting your product?   No more HP products for me, terrible business practice to "bait and abandon".  Shame, HP, shame!

Appreciate that you took the time to reply.  I am always reluctant to go into BIOS level structure, I am not technical. I am an older person who remembers the years of the black screen and flashing green characters when going into the root structure of laptop was to be avoided at all costs, a place where a wrong move could wreak havoc.  It turns out that simply going to my Norton Drive app allowed me to revert back to a prior keyboard driver and I am back in business.  Just wish HP Customer Support could have suggested that, rather than refuse to help AT ALL.  I am no longer a fan of HP, they give us a link to upgrade to Windows 11 but then leave us out to dry when the updates aren't syncing....
