It slows down, slows down YouTube video 1080 60 fps, it works but not smoothly, like 30 fps, the video driver is installed, the power settings are high, network connection, I tried the h264ify extension, but it didn’t help, what else can I do to solve this problem?

1080 30fps + - ok, but comparing with the second laptop, the difference is still noticeable at times, as if frame skipping moments

I think you have to accept the limitation. More performance is not possible. Unfortunately, only HP graphics drivers can be used so update to the latest graphics driver of card manufacturer is not possible! This is also a performance limitation !

I can't do more for you at the moment and wish you all the best.
