Product: HP X 360 Spectre convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to try to connect the external monitor with 

Tripp Lite Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter Cable 4K M/M Black Mdp to DP 3ft.

 

Would it work.

 

Appreciate a comment, If this is not the right path can someone suggest an option that works
