Product: HP EliteBook 850 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to find out whether the screen on my HP EliteBook 850 G8 has a 30-pin or 40-pin connector. The hardware ID for the screen is MONITOR\AUO5699.
Does anyone know if there's a way to check the pin count based on this hardware ID, or perhaps another way to identify it without disassembling the laptop? Any guidance on how to determine the correct connector type would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @gr22nxclue
These devices come with different monitors but you must have an FHD and this is a 30 pin, only the UHD are 40 pin.
