I need to update driver displays, but it won't let me. I get this. I have NO IDEA why you guys won't let people talk to you instead of having to do this junk.

@cdub30 Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution: Click here for steps on finding the information we need! - (This is incomplete - Product: Envy X360 Touchscreen)

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Is there any specific reason you wish to update the driver, because most people only update to fix specific issues with their existing drivers, if you don't have any issues you don't really have to update, that said, did you download the update from the HP support site or the HP Support Assistant? please elaborate, so I can help you (regardless of your warranty status)

Also, if your device is under warranty and you want to speak to someone instead of writing it here, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options"

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
