Hi everyone,
I have been experiencing problems with the brightness button adjusters (I know it seems it is not a fixable with an HP product), and I am continuously getting annoyed with the pop-up windows.
I am now also experiencing a problem with audio, which comes and goes.
The help page struggles with detecting my device and I cannot download whichever drivers needed.
I remember asking for help a year ago, and I believe a panel of HP workers replied by enlisting the 2 scenarios below:
1) the HP is meant to provide updates but it is not not reality and I should be searching and getting them by myself.
2) the opposite scenario, where the updates are in reality clashing with the existing drivers and I shall be looking to remove any update. Thus, going the opposite of what suggested on the troubleshooting portal.
I am not a geek and cannot get further than click and download any new update. I am not ashamed of it 😅
I use Apple and Toshiba products that do really improve periodically and remove any new experienced bug. Why no one works to fix these long time problems?
Can I please get a really honest feedback rather than the benign and biased threads from HP workers. I believe recognising faults would be a genuine first step towards a resolution.
Thank you very much
Ant
