Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K0AV)

I own an HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0xxx, and recently, the hinge broke due to what seems to be a manufacturing defect. I have noticed many other Victus users facing the same issue, which raises concerns about the product's durability.

The hinge issue appeared  after my warranty expired on August 13, 2024, and if not addressed soon, it might lead to display damage, increasing repair costs. This seems like a design flaw affecting multiple users.

has HP acknowledged this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to get this resolved.
