Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp100na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

When opening the laptop the hinge in the bottom left corner popped the screen. When i looked it looks like the hinge screws have snapped. The laptop is out of warranty. What are my options

I'd like to help!

 

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty to get the issue fixed.
