HP NOTEBOOK
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

16274202749942686382894048477999.jpg

Two fix horizontal green light has sudenly appeared on the screen of my HP notebook.

I have tried to restart my computer, but it is still there.

And when i do a print screen, it does not appear.

My notebook is relatively new, but I made a professional clean-up last week from an authorized shop.

I found the issue after it, I checked with the BIOS screen, it still appears, Also I doubt if it could be a issue with the ribbon cable. Perhaps it hasn't well connected.

Any idea on how to check what this is and what to do about it ?

Many thanks.
