Hello everyone hope you are doing well. I have problem on the display. There is a green horizontal line at the bottom of my screen. I connected it to an external display but the horizontal green line does not appear. I updated the BIOS and it does not appear as well. It only appears on normal screen display use. Hope you can help on this, thank you so much.

Not asking you specifically, but WHY does everyone seem to think that a BIOS update is a Miracle Cure for anything ailing a PC??
This is a hardware failure of the screen -- as evidenced by it not also appearing on a connected monitor. The screen would need to be replaced.
We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.
For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck
