Microsoft Windows 11

Good Day! There are green lines at the bottom of my laptop screen. When I take a screenshot the line doesn't appear. I've updated my windows and my graphics driver and I've checked it on the BIOS and it still shows. Last 2 months it has only one line but today there are two lines. Anyone who knows how to fix this one please help me. I badly need to fix this one. Thank you!

Hi @Charlottealipa_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This could be a display issue or/Hardware issue

This situation will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
