Hello, I have horizontal lines on my 27 aio ca2000i touch screen. The lines appear with out me touching the screen. Also, if I touch the speaker bar cover, the lines increase dramatically. Also a separate issue, after I did a bios update from HP two days ago, the PC now boots to bit locker and I can not do anything to get past this issue as well. Please help! Thank You,
Jim

Hello, after updating the bios, the aio went directly to the bit lock screen after boot up. I had to access my Microsoft account to get the key to un lock it. The horizontal lines were still present even in bios. Therefore, I deduced that it was a hardware issue. I found a video on the HP website (you tube) on how to disassemble the aio 27. I found that the seven screws that hold the screen to the frame were loose. I also found a lot of dust and dirt between the speaker board and the touch screen panel. I clean the entire screen. I also removed the screen from the frame and disconnected the video cable from the mother board. I blew it out with air, then reconnected it. Mounted the screen back to the frame, tightening all 7 screw, then putting the speaker board back on. It has been a week and there has been no horizontal lines. I praise GOD for that, and for your help and that you tube video!
