Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X7AV)
Hi all,
Came back to my laptop and noticed multiple thick light horizontal lines across my screen. Thought it's a software glitch, so I've done all the checks, drivers, bios etc. and nothing helped. Everything is up to date. Tried to switch between the graphic cards, but the issue remained.
99% sure it's hardware, but don't know what caused it.. I didn't dropped it, spilled water into it.. and don't have a cat or anything that could do something to it while I was away!
Any idea what caused it and how to fix it? Thank you!
