Hello.  I have had my HP (11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz 2.90 GHz) for almost a year.  I have never had the issue I am experiencing with it now.  When I type anything in Word, the text comes up as black on a white background.  When  I upload what I have typed, it appears white on a light gray background.  I've done some googling and watched some YouTube videos, but nothing has changed it.  Can anyone help me???

From MS Word, you simply remove hidden background. Please try

 

             Remove hidden data and personal information
